30-day picky-eater promise

Picky eater? No problem. If your dog turns up their nose at their chews, we'll refund your first order within 30 days of delivery — and you don't need to send anything back. Just email support@sweetbonds.com and we'll take care of it.

For any other issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Subscription orders can be canceled anytime before your next renewal from your account.
